Additionally, Thai balm is used during the massage to provide a soothing and aromatic experience. The balm is applied to specific areas of the body to help alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and promote relaxation.

Thai foot massage

The Thai foot massage is an ancient practice that originated in China over 3,000 years ago and was later refined in Thailand.   It utilizes reflexology, a technique that applies gentle pressure to specific points on the feet, to promote relaxation, stress relief, and alleviate headaches.   Additionally, it is believed to help lower blood pressure and improve circulation.   During the massage, the therapist uses their hands, fingers, and a wooden reflexology tool to apply pressure to the feet, with the application of a light cream or oil.

Deep Tissue Massage

The deep tissue massage uses slow, deep strokes and targeted pressure to alleviate tension and chronic pain. It is a type of massage that is mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues such as strains and sports injuries.   The massage is tailored to your individual needs and focuses on specific areas of your body that require attention.   It targets the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.   Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. It can relieve muscle pain and stiffness and provide stress-relieving relaxation for the body and mind. Additionally, it may lower blood pressure and improve recovery after injury.   Please note, the deep tissue massage is subject to a suitability assessment.
